CONTEMPT CASE No.858 OF 2016
ORDER:-
Sri G.L. Nageswar Rao, learned Government Pleader appearing for the 2nd respondent submits that in pursuance of the orders of this Court dated 06.10.2015 passed in Writ Petition No.32496 of 2015, the representation of the petitioners is considered for deletion of their lands from the list of prohibited lands. After considering the report submitted by the District Collector, Krishna District, an order, dated 01.08.2021 is passed by the Commissioner of Survey, Settlement and Land Records, Vijayawada, rejecting the request of the petitioners and the same is communicated to the petitioners’ Advocate.
Considering the submissions of the learned counsel and on perusal of the record, this Court is of the opinion that the respondent has not violated the orders of the Court much less willfully and deliberately.
Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed.
Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, in this Contempt Petition, shall stand closed.
