ORDER:
The grievance of the petitioners who are Fair Price Shop Dealers is that in spite of several written representations, the respondent authorities failed to modify the e-Pos machines and remove the stock balances as the stocks were distributed on the instructions during the floods.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that after filing of the Writ Petition, the respondent authorities have modified the e- Pos machines as directed by the 3rd and 4th respondents. Hence, the grievance of the petitioners was redressed by the authorities.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
