ORDER:
Heard Sri K.Raja Shekar, learned counsel for petitioners, and learned Government Pleader for Medical Health & Family Welfare representing the respondents, and with their consent this writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage.
2. Admittedly, the representation of petitioners dated 07.01.2020 is pending with 2nd respondent.
3. In that view of the matter, without considering the merits of the case this writ petition is disposed of directing 2nd respondent to consider the aforesaid representation and pass an appropriate order on merits in accordance with Rules within one (1) week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
As a sequel, interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall
stand closed.
