ORDER:
The grievance of the petitioners is that the writ petition mentioned lands are the private patta lands of petitioners 1 and 2 and the petitioners 3 and 4 have purchased some part of the said land from the 2nd petitioner and all of them are enjoying their respective lands and the revenue authorities have issued pattadar pass books and incorporated the names of petitioners 1 and 2 in the revenue records, however, of late, the respondents 4 and 5 have been making hectic efforts to dispossess them without following due process of law. Hence the writ petition.

exercise is undertaken, the respondent authorities shall not dispossess the petitioners from their respective lands. No order as to costs.
As a sequel, interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall
stand closed.
