ORDER :
This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of
India seeking the following relief:
“to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS, declaring the action of respondents, particularly the 4th respondent in insisting the petitioner to vacate from his lands of Ac.4.00 cents covered by Sy.Nos.5,/2, 6/6, 16/3, 5/29, 16/16 and 5/16 of Chervukommapalem Village in Ongole Mandal, Prakasam District and also the proceedings in RC.No.533/2019, dt.30-11-2019 issued by the 4th respondent to that effect, without considering petitioner’s objections, dt.10-02-2020 submitted to the notice in Form-II, as illegal, irregular and violative of provisions of A.P. Assigned Lands (Prohibition of Transfers) Act, 1977 and Articles 14, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India, consequently direct the respondents not to interfere in any manner with petitioner’s peaceful possession and enjoyment over the subject property.”
Learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue submit that the issue involved in this petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court in Writ Petition No.1312 of 2020 dated 31.01.2020.
In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader Revenue, this petition is disposed of in terms of the said order. No costs.
Consequently, miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
The Registry is directed to attach a copy of the order in W.P.No.1312 of 2020 dated 31.01.2020 to this order.
