ORDER :
This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of
India seeking the following relief:
“to issue Writ of Prohibition restraining the Respondents and their men from issuing and allotting landless poor pattas in an extent of Ac.0-20 cents of Revenue Double Bullock-cart puntha Poramboke land out of the full extent of Ac.1.13 cents in RS No.31-1 and Ac.0-41 cents in RS No.32-1 of Neredumilli Revenue Village situated at Neredumilli Village, Panchayat area Elamanchili Mandel of West Godavari District adjacent to the East of the Petitioners zeroity dry lands in an extent of Ac.0-52 cents in RS No.33-6A and Ac.0-52 cents in RS No.33-6B and Ac.0-53 cents in RS No.33-6C total Ac.1-57 cents of Neredumilli Revenue Village situated at Neredumilli village Panchayat area, Elamanchili Mandal of West Godavari District.”
Learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue submit that the issue involved in this petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court in Writ Petition No.2017 of 2020 dated 31.01.2020.
In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader Revenue, this petition also stands disposed of in terms of the said order. No costs.
Consequently, miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
