ORDER :
This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:
“to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the action of 4th respondent in issuing Form-I notice to the petitioner dt.08-11-2019 in Sy.No.786-3, to an extent of Ac.4.10 cents situated at Bukkarayasamudram Village and Mandal, Anantapur District, as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Articles 14, 19, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India, consequently direct the respondents not to dispossess the petitioner from the subject land.”
Learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue submit that the issue involved in this petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court in Writ Petition No.1312 of 2020 dated 31.01.2020.
In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader Revenue, this petition is disposed of in terms of the said order. No costs.
Consequently, miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
The Registry is directed to attach a copy of the order in W.P.No.1312 of 2020 dated 31.01.2020 to this order.
