ORDER :
Sri G.Venkaeswarlu, learned counsel for petitioner, seeks permission of this to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to avail the alternative remedies available to the petitioner.
Permission for withdrawal is accorded.
Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with
the liberty as prayed for. No costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous
