This writ petition is filed to issue a writ of mandamus declaring the action of the official respondents in trying to erect the pillars, transformer and electrical lines and encroach the petitioner’s land to an extent of Ac.1.29 cents situated in Survey No.374/1 of Bondada Village, Kalla Mandal, West Godavari District, as illegal and arbitrary.
