ORDER
This contempt case is filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order, dated 06.06.2019, passed by this Court in W.P.No.3525 of 2019.
The said writ petition was disposed of on that day along with five other
connected writ petitions.
The operative portion of the order, dated 06.06.2019, reads as under:
“Hence, all the writ petitions are allowed by setting aside the refusal order, dated 08.08.2018, passed by the 4th respondent and directed the respondent authorities to register and release the pending documents vide document Nos.P.No.14/2018, 17/2018, 12/2018, 13/2018, 16/2018, 15/2018, dated 08.08.2018 to the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.’
When this contempt case is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after filing of this contempt case, the orders of this Court, which are the subject matter of the contempt case, are duly complied with, and the document of the petitioner was registered and released to him and, therefore, no further orders are necessary in this contempt case.
Recording the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the
Contempt Case is closed.
As a sequel, pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
