ORDER
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in view of the new policy viz., Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojana, the cause in the writ petition no longer survives for adjudication and the writ petition has become infructuous.
Recording the above submissions, the Writ Petition is dismissed as
infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
