ORDER :
The grievance of the petitioner in this writ petition is that at the instance of respondent No.6, the Police officials, who are respondent Nos.1 to 5, have been illegally interfering with the possession of the petitioner in respect of the land in question and also interfering with the civil dispute between the petitioner and respondent No.6.
As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
