Heard Sri N.S.V.Raviteja , learned counsel for the petitioner.
In view of changed circumstances, learned counsel for the petitioner, in the presence of Sri S.S.Prasad , learned senior counsel representing the respondents-State, requests for disposal of the present writ petition.
In this writ petition, on 01.09.2020, the concerned Superintendent of Police was directed to conduct an enquiry and submit report. He has already submitted report, which indicates that the dispute was a matrimonial dispute.
Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of.
There shall be no order as to costs.
Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
