Heard Sri P.Rama Sharana Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioners.
After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition so that the petitioners may avail the statutory remedy under the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002.
The prayer is allowed.
The writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the
petitioners as indicated herein above.
There shall be no order as to costs.
Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
