ORDER:
When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Assistant Government Pleader that the petitioner herein is trying to dig a new bore-well in the name of undertaking repairs to the old one and if the petitioner wants to undertake the repairs to old bore-well, the respondents have no objection for the said course of action.
On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is not intending to dig a new bore-well and he intends to undertake the repair work to the existing bore-well.
Recording the said submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the respondents herein to permit the petitioner herein to undertake the repair work of the existing bore-well only, located in Compt. No.152 of A.Konduru Forest Block, Cheemalapadu beat of A.Konduru Section, Mylavaram Range of Krishna District, in the presence of the forest officials only by using drilling machine.
Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this case shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to the costs of the Writ Petition.
