ORDER :
When the matter is taken up, it is brought to the notice of this Court, on instructions, by Sri V.Maheswara Reddy, learned Government Pleader for Home, that, after filing the Writ Petition, respondent No.3-Station House Officer, Prakash Nagar police Station, Rajahmahendravaram registered a case in crime No.187 of 2020 on 14.07.2020. In view of the same, nothing further survives for adjudication in the Writ Petition. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, closed. No order as to costs of the Writ Petition.
Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in the Writ Petition shall stand closed.
