ORDER :
Sum and substance of the case of the petitioners is that though they are absolute owners and possessors of the subject property admeasuring Ac.1.00 cents situated in survey No.20 of Madugula Koduru village, Madugula mandal, Visakhapatnam District, the respondent-authorities, without recourse to law, are trying to dispossess the petitioners from the said lands.

with a direction to respondents herein to issue notices to the petitioners under relevant provision of law, so as to enable the petitioners herein to submit their respective explanations in respect of their claims. Thereafter, the respondents are directed to proceed strictly in accordance with law. Till the said exercise is completed, status quo as on today with regard to possession of the subject property shall be maintained.
Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in the Writ Petition shall stand closed.
