This Civil Revision Petition has been filed aggrieved by the order dated 07.02.2017 passed in C.M.A.No.4 of 2015 on the file of IV Additional District Judge, Kakinada, which has been preferred against order dated 02.12.2014 passed in I.A.No.441 of 2014 in O.S.No.63 of 2014 on the file of Principal Junior Civil Judge, Kakinada, East Godavari District.
As per the Case Information Status (CIS), O.S.No.63 of 2014 was disposed of on 26.11.2018. Therefore, this civil revision petition has now rendered infructuous.
Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, all the pending miscellaneous applications shall stand closed.
