On repeated call, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner; whereas, learned Public Prosecutor submits that it appears that the petition has become infructuous.
In this case, the E-COURTS report obtained through the official website of the Court below has been received, which indicates that the dispute between the parties was settled before the Lok Adalat and the case before the Court below was finally disposed of, on 25.06.2018; and, as such, the present petition has become infructuous.
Accordingly, the Criminal Petition stands dismissed as the same has become infructuous.
