ORDER: [Proceedings taken up through Video Conferencing]
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he has got no instructions regarding the present status of the case before the Court below.
However, learned Public Prosecutor submits that it appears that the petition has become infructuous.
The E-Courts report, which was obtained through the official website,
indicates that the complaint itself was closed, however, liberty was granted for re-opening.
Since there is no further report regarding re-opening, there is no reason
to keep the present petition pending.
Accordingly, the Criminal Petition stands disposed of.
The E-Courts report may be kept on record.
Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
