ORDER :
Sri P.Ganga Rami Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that, the dispute in between the parties has already been settled outside the Court and, as such, this petition has become infructuous.
Accordingly, the Criminal Petition stands dismissed as the same has become infructuous.
Consequently, miscellaneous application, if any, shall stand closed.
