ORDER :
This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, questioning the inaction on the part of the respondents in not registering crime based on the complaint lodged by this petitioner against Respondent Nos. 5 & 6 and declare the same as illegal and arbitrary.
Though several contentions are raised by the learned counsel for the petitioners, but, those allegations are not required to be considered at this stage, in view of registration of Crime No.360 of 2017 and issued F.I.R against respondent Nos. 5 & 6 for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 324, 506 r/w 34 I.P.C, on the file of Kurnool III Town Police Station.
In view of registration of crime, nothing remains to be pwpadjudicated at this stage and the writ petition is liable to be closed.
In the result, writ petition is closed.
Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall also stand closed.
