ORDER :

This Writ Petition is filed to direct the respondents to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 12.11.2019, 26.02.2018 and 16.02.2018 to appoint her on compassionate grounds afresh in any suitable post in respondent No.5 – School.

The case of the petitioner is that her father was appointed as craft teacher in respondent No.5 – School vide proceedings 21.11.1992, and was absorbed in grant in aid post through G.O.Ms.No.323 dated 17.09.1994, and he died on 10.08.2007; after the death of her father, her mother submitted representation dated 12.11.2007 and she submitted representations dated 17.11.2009 and 19.11.2009 to respondent No.2 seeking compassionate appointment; and as the said representations are not considered, the present writ petition is filed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would file a fresh representation before respondent No.2, and respondent No.2 may be directed to dispose of the same in accordance with law.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh representation before respondent No.2

– appropriate authority seeking appointment and, if such a representation is filed, respondent No.2 – appropriate authority is directed to consider the same, and pass appropriate orders, strictly in accordance with the relevant G.Os.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
