ORDER:
Today, when the matter came up for hearing, it is brought to the notice of the court that both parties have compromised the matter before Lok Adalat and the matter has been settled amicably by the award dated 14-09-2019 as per the terms and conditions entered into between the parties, the copy of which is placed on record before the Court and the same became part and parcel of the record.
In view of the said settlement, no orders need be passed in this appeal.
Hence, the appeal is closed. No orders as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any,
pending shall stand closed.
