| Heard. Learned counsel for the petitioner/R2- Insurance Company submits that in the judgment dated 17.10.2019 passed in the present MACMA, the total compensation arrived under different heads viz., disability (Rs.67,500/-), medical bills (Rs.20,000/-), pain & suffering (Rs.30,000/-) and attendant charges (Rs.7,500/-) comes to Rs.1,25,000/- but due to typographical error, the same is mentioned as Rs.1,95,000/- and therefore, the same may be directed to be corrected. Having considered the said submissions, this application is ordered and the amount mentioned as ‘Rs.1,95,000/-’ in the judgment dated 17.10.2019 shall be corrected as ‘Rs.1,25,000/-’. |
