ORDER:
On 31-07-2019, when the matter was taken up for hearing, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption “for dismissal” on 18.10.2019. Even today also, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner either in the forenoon or in the afternoon. It indicates that the petitioner is not diligent in pursuing the matter. Hence, this court is left with no other option except to dismiss the revision petition for default.
Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed
for default. No costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
