JUDGMENT:
This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is filed assailing the order rendered in M.V.O.P.No.889 of 2008, on the file of Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal-cum-VIII Additional District Judge at Rajahmundry, East Godavari District.
When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned counsel for the appellant that the parties have amicably settled the matter before the Lok Adalat and that the Lok Adalat passed an Award dated 14.09.2019. A copy of the said Award is placed on record by him.
In view of the settlement arrived between the parties before the Lok Adalat, the Appeal is disposed of. The Award of the Lok Adalat shall form part of the decree. The parties are entitled for refund of Court fee as per the rules. No order as to costs.
Consequ ently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand disposed of.
