ORDER:
When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel for the appellant that a letter dated 16-09-2019 was addressed to the Registry informing that the matter is settled out of the court between the petitioner and the respondents, stating so, he sought permission of the Court to withdraw the case.
Permission is accorded.
Having regard to the contents mentioned in the letter dated 16-09-2019, the Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs.
Miscellaneous Petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
