CRIMINAL PETITION No.2469 OF 2019

ORDER :

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for petitioners seek permission of this Court to withdraw the criminal petition and also made an endorsement to that effect.

Permission for withdrawal is accorded.

Accordingly, this criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a

sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in this case shall stand closed.
