ORDER :-
The petitioner/A1 seeks to quash proceedings in C.C.No.130 of 2018 on the file of learned I Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Tenali, which was registered for the offences under Section 385 of IPC.
2. Heard.
3. Having regard to the fact that Charge Sheet is filed and the same was taken cognizance and case is registered as C.C.No.130 of 2018 and also due to prima-facie case is made out against the petitioner/A1, this Court is not inclined to quash the proceedings.
4. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.
As a sequel, Interlocutory Applications pending if any, in this
Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
