A preliminary objection has been raised by the learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents that the present writ petition arises out of proceedings under Section 115 of the Code of Civil Procedure and, therefore, the appropriate remedy available to the petitioner is to invoke the supervisory jurisdiction of this Court under Article 227 of the Constitution of India.

In view of the aforesaid objection, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that she may be permitted to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to approach this Court by filing an appropriate petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
