The petitioner has approached this Court with the sole prayer that a direction be issued to the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Patti, District Pratapgarh-respondent No. 2, to carry out the exercise of demarcation by fixing boundary marks in Gata No. 176 situated at Village Sardeeh, Pargana and Tehsil Patti, District Pratapgarh, in pursuance of the order dated 08.09.2022 passed in Case No. 02638 of 2022 (Ram Shiromani vs. Gaon Sabha and Others), expeditiously within a time-bound period.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that no useful purpose would be served in keeping the writ petition pending and that an appropriate direction may be issued to respondent No. 2 to consider and redress the grievance of the petitioner.
