Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.

Pursuant to earlier order dated 28.01.2026, the Chief Medical Officer, Prayagraj, has not submitted his report to this Court.

Earlier, on 28.01.2026, the following order was passed by this Court:-

"1. Earlier on 12.12.2025, Chief Medical Officer, Prayagraj was directed to conduct ossification test of petitioner no.1 and it was also directed that he will submit his report to this Court through learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel by the next date.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners is present and states that the petitioners appeared before the Chief Medical Officer, Prayagraj but since the petitioner no.1 was pregnant, therefore, her X-Ray was not conducted.

3. Learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel states that he has neither received any instructions nor any report from the the Chief Medical Officer concerned.

4. The Chief Medical Officer, Prayagraj is directed to file a detailed report to this Court through Additional Chief Standing Counsel by the next date.

5. Put up this case as fresh on 20.02.2026.

6. It is made clear that if the report is not filed by the Chief Medical Report, Prayagraj by the next date, this Court may proceed against the Chief Medical Officer concerned.

7. Interim order, granted earlier, is extended till the next date of listing."

The aforesaid order has not been complied with by the Chief Medical Officer, Prayagraj.

The Chief Medical Officer, Prayagraj will positively submit his report in pursuance of earlier order dated 28.01.2026 on the next date of listing, failing which he shall appear in person before this Court.

Put up this case on 24.03.2026 as fresh.
