Pursuant to the order dated 06.02.2026, learned Standing Counsel has furnished written instruction in the matter, the same are taken on record.

On the strength of the said instructions, learned Standing Counsel has submitted that the petitioner-Institute was required to submit various documents including the physical presence of the Manager, Sri Rajendra Kumar Jain to whom the petitioner-Institution says to have delegated the power to the Deputy Manager and since the said requirements have not been fulfilled as such the enquiry has been instituted.

He prays for and is granted two weeks' time to file a counter affidavit in the matter.

On the joint request of the parties, put up this case as fresh on 10.03.2026 .
