Learned Standing Counsel on the basis of the last order passed has furnished written instructions under the signatures of the District Inspector of Schools, Muzaffarnagar, the same are taken on record.

On the strength of the said instructions, she submits that as there were some complaint by the members regarding the manner in which the electoral college has been determined and the election process has been stalled.

However, her instructions are short regarding what the respondents proposed to do after entertainment of such an application and within what period of time, as since almost two months have been passed and nothing has been done.

She prays for and is granted two days' time to seek further written instruction in the matter.
