Heard Sri Ajeet Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri A.K. Singh, learned Standing Counsel for the State.
This writ petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India has been filed with the prayer to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing to the respondent no. 4 not to interfere in peaceful conjugal life of the petitioners as well as directing the respondent no. 2 to provide the safety and security to the petitioners.
After some argument learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he does not want to press this writ petition.
Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed with liberty to file a fresh.
