Mr. Mohan Srivastava, learned advocate, Standing Counsel appears on behalf of State and hands up his instruction dated 7th May, 2026 with copy to Mr. Rajeshwari Prasad Mishra, learned advocate appearing for petitioners. On query regarding petitioners' claim of being co-sharers of the plot in gata no. 102 (M) and paragraph 11 in the instruction, we see no impediment for petitioners obtaining the relief. The paragraph 11 from the instruction is reproduced below.

"11- तत्पश्चात अपर िजलािधकारी (नगर) / सक्षम प्रािधकारी, नगर भूिम सीमारोपण, अलीगढ़़़़़़़़़़़़़़़़़़़़ द्वारा अपने पािरत आदेश िदनाँक 22.04.2017 के द्वारा खसरा संख्या-102 िम० क्षेत्रफल 12886.49 व०मी० भूिम से राज्य सरकार उ०प्र० कलेक्टर, अलीगढ़़़़़़़़़़़़़़़़़़़़ का नाम खािरज करके पूवर्वत् दजर् भूधारकों के वािरसानों का नाम दजर् िकया जाये के आदेश पािरत िकये गये। इसी आशय का तहसीलदार कोल को परवाना अमलदरामद िदनॉक 26.04.2017 को प्रेिषत िकया गया।
