Mr. Om Prakash Chaube, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, there was existing electric line over his client's plot. Obtaining assistance under the scheme his client has partly constructed house. He has deposited the requisite charge for shifting the pole, to draw the electric line over the road. The shifting has not happened. His client is before the Court.

Mr. Gaurav Singh, learned advocate appears on behalf of respondent nos.2 to 4 and 6. He submits, his client is willing to shift the line but there is obstruction from the local residents. Mr. Sharad Chandra Upadhyay, learned advocate, Standing Counsel appears on behalf of State. On query he submits, police assistance may be required for the purpose but the concerned police station has not been made party.

Petitioner has leave to add the local police station through the Station House Officer, as party. The amendment be made in Court, to be countersigned by Court Master. Amended copy of the writ petition be thereafter served to Mr. Upadhyay.
