Pursuant to earlier order dated 16.01.2026, Sri Pramit Kumar Pal, learned Standing Counsel has produced instructions, which are taken on record.

A copy of the instructions has been provided to learned counsel for the petitioners on the direction of this Court.

Learned Standing Counsel stated, on the basis of instructions received, that the marriage certificate of the petitioners was issued by Arya Welfare Society, which has been appended at page-20 of the writ petition. It is further stated that the date of birth of petitioner no.2 is 01.07.2003, as per school his leaving certificate and that he was capable to solemnize marriage in accordance with law.

Learned Counsel for the petitioners could not apprise the Court about the outcome of the online application for registration of marriage. He undertakes that marriage registration certificate shall be produced on the next date of listing.

On his request, put up this case on 17.03.2026 as fresh. On that date, the petitioners shall produce marriage certificate, failing which, the Court shall proceed further.

Interim order, granted earlier, is extended till the next date of listing.
