Learned counsel for the petitioners states that both the petitioners are major and they have solemnized their marriage on 11.12.2025 and they have apprehension of life threat from the respondent no.4.

On the other hand, Shri Arvind Kumar Singh, learned Standing Counsel pointed out that the petitioner no.1 as well as respondent no.4 are the resident of Odisha and he has to ascertain as to whether any FIR was lodged in respect of alleged kidnapping of petitioner no.1 in State of Odisha and he prays for and is granted two weeks time to obtain instructions in the matter.
