Heard Sri Bhola Nath Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioners, Sri Satyvendra Singh Yadav, learned counsel for respondent no. 5 and the learned standing counsel for state-respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that he may be permitted to delete the name of petitioner no.2 from the array of the parties of the writ petition and further he may be permitted to implead him as respondent no.15 to the writ petition.

Prayer made by counsel for the petitioners is allowed.

Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to delete the name of petitioner no.2 from the array of the parties, renumber the array of the parties and implead Shiv Nath Singh as respondent no.15 to the writ petition.

Counsel for the petitioners submitted that Deputy Director of Consolidation has remanded back the matter before the Consolidation Officer which is abuse of process of law in view of the orders passed by Consolidation Officer and Settlement Officer of Consolidation.
