Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned AGA for State.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the applicants submits that parties have already entered into a compromise, which has been reduced in writing on dated 12.02.2026, but the same has not been preferred before learned court concerned.

Learned counsel for the applicants is hereby requested to advise his clients as well as opposite party no.2 to file their said compromise before learned court concerned within 15 days from today.

If the said compromise is filed, learned court concerned is hereby directed to accept the compromise and verify the same in presence of both the parties within four weeks thereafter.

Registrar (Compliance) is hereby directed to ensure service of this order upon learned court of Judicial Magistrate, Court No.2, Muzaffar Nagar/concerned court within next three working days and place the verification report after receiving the same from learned court concerned in records, so that the matter may be adjudicated on the basis of verification report.
