On the basis of instructions as passed on to the Court today, Mr. Shailendra Singh, learned Standing Counsel for the State submits that appointment of the petitioner is not in accordance with the relevant rules, therefore, he is not eligible to be considered for appointment and there is no question of issuance of experience certificate by the BSA when such an appointment is dehors to the rules.

As prayed by learned counsel for the petitioner, put up this case, as fresh, on 23^th February, 2026.
