In compliance with the earlier order of this Court, the instructions passed on to the Court today are taken on record, on the basis of which learned Standing Counsel submits that the petitioner was on medical leave from 21.01.2025 till 07.02.2025 and again for seven days from 20.03.2025 to 26.03.2025.

This Court finds that there is no whisper in the instructions as to whether the petitioner has performed the earlier election duty as assigned to her from 19.07.2025. There is no such averment in the writ petition also with respect to the fact that the petitioner has performed her earlier duty from 19.07.2025. However, as several allegations have been made upon this Court that I am bent upon, keeping the petition pending, therefore, further instructions are required on the specific issues as to what election duty has been assigned to the petitioner and what all inquiries, if any, have been done against the petitioner for her non performance of such duties, including that of B.L.O.

Learned Standing Counsel is directed to obtain instructions regarding the aforesaid issues within a week.

Put up this case as fresh on 16.04.2026.
