Learned counsel for respondent-BSA as well as learned Standing Counsel for the State submit that the present petition has been filed for implementation of the order dated 01.11.2019, passed by Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Writ-A No.51187 of 2014 (Kuldeep Sahu vs. State of U.P. and Another), which is not maintainable. They also contend that the delay in filing the present petition has also not been explained by the petitioner.

On the aforesaid, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for a week's time to address the Court on all the issues.
