Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondent and Mr. Shivendra Singh Bhadauria, learned counsel for the respondent no.3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner’s husband, who was working as an Assistant Teacher, died in harness on 29.10.2021. Subsequently, an application was submitted by the petitioner, the wife of the deceased employee, requesting consideration of her appointment on compassionate grounds, however, the same has not been decided till date.

Three weeks’ time is granted to respondent no. 3, i.e., the District Basic Education Officer, Fatehpur, to pass an appropriate reasoned and speaking order, in accordance with law, on the application moved by the petitioner regarding compassionate appointment.

Put up this case on 27.01.2026, as fresh.

Learned counsel for respondent no. 3 is directed to place the order so passed before this Court on the next date fixed.
