Sri Rajesh Kumar Tiwari, learned Addl. C.S.C., on the basis of the instruction dated 21.1.2026 submitted that proceeding under Section 4 of the Public Premises Act has been registered against the persons who have been found in illegal possession over the same.

Learned Addl. C.S.C. shall obtain further instructions in the matter as to whether the proceeding under Section 4 of the Public Premises Act is maintainable in respect to plot in question or the proceeding under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006.
