It is submitted by counsel for the petitioner that for providing electricity connection to respondent no. 7, the Electricity Department is proposing/has installed electricity poles over the public pathway and drainage of various Gatas indicated in the petition, which is not justified as by installation of the said electricity poles on the public pathway, the villagers would be inconvenienced/will not be able to ply their vehicles.

Submissions have been made that for giving connection to respondent no. 7, the Electricity Department needs to install poles and electricity line at places other than the public path/drainage.

Learned counsel appearing for the Electricity Department prays for time to complete his instructions pertaining to the allegations made in the petition.
