At the very outset, learned counsel for the applicant submits that parties have already entered into a compromise, which has been reduced in writing on dated 30.12.2025, but the same has not been preferred before learned court concerned.

Learned counsel for the applicant is hereby requested to advise his client as well as opposite party no.2 to file their said compromise before learned court concerned within 15 days from today.

If the said compromise is filed, learned court concerned is hereby directed to accept the compromise and verify the same in presence of both the parties within four weeks thereafter.
