Heard Sri Mohammad Salman, learned counsel for the applicant.

This application has been filed under Section 24 of the CPC seeking transfer of the matrimonial case having Case No.1168 of 2025, filed under Section 10 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 (Amardeep Bharti vs. Smt. Roshani Verma) from the Court of learned Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Lucknow to any other Court of competent jurisdiction at Unnao.

The contention of the learned counsel for the applicant is that the marriage between the applicant and the opposite party was solemnized on 21.04.2024 and after a short span of time, disputes arose between the parties. It is submitted that the applicant is an unemployed lady and is residing with her parents at Unnao. It is contended on behalf of the applicant that the opposite party has no independent source of income, as such, she is facing tremendous difficulty in contesting the case at Lucknow.

On being asked from the learned counsel for the applicant as to whether in there any possibility of amicable settlement between the parties, the learned counsel for the applicant has made a statement before this Court that his client is ready for amicable settlement of the dispute with the opposite party through the Mediation and Conciliation Center of this Court.

However, to obtain the consent of the opposite party regarding the mediation through the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court, the presence of the applicant and the opposite party is required.

Accordingly, issue notice to the opposite party through the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lucknow.

List this case on 11th February, 2026, as fresh. On that date, both the parties i.e. the applicant and the opposite party shall appear before the Court in person.

The learned counsel for the applicant undertakes that he shall ensure the presence of the applicant in person before this Court, on the next date fixed.
